Deputy General Manager
Role:
- Team manager role, would be responsible for the overall increase in retention & wallet share (city x users x category) push for Porter's offerings
- Taking co-ownership of high value clients and increasing their wallet share
- Setting up the processes to effectively increase the client understanding of product and getting the business expansion opportunities through different means
- Be the voice of the customer/enterprises at account management stage and Liaison with the product team to get all the necessary help, required in retention, reactivation and referral (RRR)
- Share reports and insights from the conversations, to effectively improve the KAM processes or our focus towards the business expansion
- Liaison with the marketing team to set up campaigns, plan testimonials and blogs with key accounts
- Drive a thriving acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers
Deputy General Manager - Key Accounts is expected to:
- Develop tools and processes which will empower the team to target the right clients (current vs. potential)
- Perform periodic goal setting exercise for increasing retention and wallet share of existing customers of porter
- Own end to end & ensure customer lifecycle processes are designed well and customers are being farmed to increase the revenue per customer
- Jointly handle large enterprise accounts and improve their revenue
- Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on below mentioned areas - Improve the retention, improve our understanding of needs and wants of the market, and help envisioning necessary changes in product, to get more business from the existing clients
