- Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative & cost-effective ways.

- Develop, test & execute marketing campaigns across different channels like email, push notifications, sms, etc while driving customer acquisition.

- Track topical issues to run campaigns to improve engagement with the customers

- Identify best practices & document the same while running marketing campaigns

- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle

- Staying current with emerging opportunities in the terms of reach out methods (Content, design, communication channel/tools) & drive marketing automation

- Deep interest in insight mining and leveraging learnings to solve problems.

Competencies / Expectation from the candidate:

- Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Should have good oral & written communication skills

- Excellent command of the English language

- Proven attention to detail

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution

- Functional Competencies:

- Analytical skills: Mandate for tracking, sharing & analyzing performance reports.

- Prior experience with marketing tools like WebEngage/MoEngage/Hubspot is an added advantage.

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities with the use of judgment

- Dynamic, self-starter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment and can contribute in building up the fastest growing logistic startup in India

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across communication channels
