Role:
Strategic Supply Acquisition:
- Acquire supply through non-conventional channels or vehicle form factors where regular linear channels will not work.
Focus areas include:
- Electrification: Expanding vehicle supply in the EV space.
- Market Gap Creation: Building supply where it currently does not exist, e.g., 3-wheelers (3W) and e-loaders.
- OEM Partnerships: Collaborating directly with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) through partnerships and associations.
- This initiative will help create new growth avenues or improve the efficiency of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Proven track record of working with automobile, EV, OEM, infrastructure, and financing sectors.
Core Skills:
- Networking: Strong relationships with automobile and EV ecosystem players.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing teams of 6-8 members.
- Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrated ability to work across teams and excellent communication skills.
- Operational Efficiency: Exposure to operations and proven ability to improve efficiency.
- Strategic Thinking: A structured and strategic thought process.
Competencies:
- Ability to identify and address market gaps.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to execute plans that align with broader business goals.
