Role:
- Team manager role, would be responsible for bringing in new customers to Porter's enterprise offerings
- Drive a structured Sales and Business Development process making use of various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc. to hunt for probable leads and generate interest.
- Be responsible for driving a team of high performance and high motivated individuals towards a collective goal
- Penetrate deep into markets and industries by getting a holistic understanding of the said
- Setting up the processes to effectively increase the client understanding of product and getting the business expansion opportunities through different means
- Understand by the requirement from leads different opportunities to improve the Product Market Fit of Porter to Enterprise
- Co-Drive thriving acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers
- Develop tools and processes which will empower the team to acquire the right set of customers.
- Perform periodic goal setting exercise for increasing acquisition of new customers into Porter
- Own end to end lead journey from Total Addressable Market to Acquisition
- Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on below mentioned areas - improve the acquisition rate, tools for targeting the right set of clients
- Keeping the sales collateral updated and relevant to a particular industry by studying the use-case of existing customers in the same industry
- Assist the Sales team in closure of account in the event of any bottlenecks
