Responsibilities :
- MIS
- Automating reports, Developing tableau dashboards
- Ad-hoc analysis based on Business requirements
- Text mining for extracting key consumer sentiments based on feedback, tickets, interactions, complaints, suggestion
- Developing predictive models for consumer behavior analysis
- Work directly with management for root cause analysis, validating hypothesis

Technical :
- SQL, R/Python, excel
- Tableau
Functional :
- Basic understanding of ATL, BTL, Digital marketing and marketing funnel( leads, bookings, conversions)
- Understanding of primary marketing metrics like CAC, CPL, CPB
