We seek a dynamic business leader to drive the strategy and non-linear growth of our rapidly expanding liabilities portfolio. Reporting to the Business Head of Digital Engagement and Strategy - Retail Liabilities (RL), you will lead the strategy and growth team, focusing on transformational digital, analytics, and organizational capabilities to engage premium customers and build deep banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Operating Model Design:

- Develop engagement and channel strategy for the RL portfolio in line with the bank's digital strategy.

- Design and align the operating model with the overall strategy.

- Set business/channel targets and ensure end-to-end delivery of the strategy and operating plan.

Growth Hacking:

- Track and report key metrics for customer activation and engagement.

- Execute funnel hacks to maximize conversion and user adoption.

- Benchmark industry trends and conduct customer research to identify innovations in relationship banking.

Customer & Business Insights:

- Drive business analytics to generate actionable insights.

- Monitor and report input and output KPIs.

- Oversee business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Digital Campaigns:

- Execute digital campaigns across platforms, collaborating with cross-sell, personalization, and marketing teams.

- Optimize conversion rates and manage drop-offs in digital campaigns with assisted channels.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a high-performing team.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 7+ years in senior leadership or business roles in banking/financial services/fintech/consumer tech companies.

- MBA from a Tier I/II business school; Bachelor's Degree from a Tier I/II institute.
