VP Innovations Product Management

1. Formulation & Execution of Digital Business Strategy & Plan. Identify and lead various transformational projects. Understand the market trend and plan digital lending strategies aligned to the customer requirement and market trend for driving acquisition and customer experience.

2. Innovation: To conceptualize, develop and implement innovative digital products. Tie-up with FinTechs for digital capability enhancement as well as distribution partnerships.

3. Product Management: Responsible for development & management of innovative digital products. Own the product roadmap and drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including understanding the business needs, conceptualize, planning, positioning, roadmap development and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering team.

4. Build the digital lending journeys in coordination with various stakeholders, apply frameworks for value creation and innovation for sustainable competitive advantage. High involvement with Credit, Collections & Risk Team to design Digital Lending Products.

5. Good understanding of API integration, Scorecards, Digital KYC, e-signing etc. as per RBI framework for designing the end-to-end digital business models.

6. Competition Mapping & Product Enhancement: To monitor market trends/developments and upgrade digital offerings to become the market leader ahead of competitors. To customize/enhance existing digital offerings to suit customer needs.

7. To ensure penetration of digital offerings and substantial market share. To work closely with digital marketing team to create an effective digital marketing strategies for the desired growth of the digital products.

8. Compliances: To ensure that all the regulatory and statutory compliances are complied in a time bound manner. Ensure compliances to Information System Audits/Information Security Group.

9. Customer Education & Awareness: To spread awareness among the customers on digital products to prevent frauds

Desired Profile:

1. Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications

or Master's in Computer Application/Master in Business Administration/Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration

2. Experience/Skills: Overall techno functional experience of 15+ years in digital lending / digital banking / product management. Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

3. In-depth understanding of digital banking products/processes/compliance requirements etc. is must.
