a. Planning & Strategizing for hiring
b. Responsible for TA Metrics (Quality, TAT, Diversity, Market Intelligence, Hiring Mix etc)
c. Own & drive stakeholder management
d. Responsible for TA compliance & audit
e. Additionally expected to take up TA transformational projects & key initiatives
Desired Profile :
1. Full Time MBA - HR with 8 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment function
2. Preferred industry exposure : Banks, Fintech & NBFCs
3. Excellent communication skills
