Objectives of this role:

- End to End managing IT infrastructure in line with IT operation end user support and branch IT infra setup.

- Planning and supervision of IT infrastructure

- Datacenter and cloud Operation

- Management of Business continuity planning

- IT Budgeting and cost Control

Responsibilities :

- Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

- Implement and augmented BCP & DR including DR drills

- Framing policies, Defining processes, and procedures for IT Infrastructure

- Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux, Azure AD

- IT networks, storage, data center, Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle, On- premises, Azure, Aws), end points etc

- Improving DC process to reduce calls and cost cutting

- Own Incidents and their closure as per defined KPIs/SLAs

- Weekly Reviews with the team to track the Incident and Project SLA. Measuring aging of critical SRs n Incidents

- Driving the Monthly Operational reviews with Leadership teams and preparing detailed PPT on DC, OCI, AWS, costs

- Track and drive communications for Key Projects with various Technology towers (Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations Teams)

- Leading Change Management and Major Incident Management Process, CAB meetings, P1 calls, contributing to cross functional areas of Networks, AD and DNS issues

- Drive the MIM communications.

- Drive the Problem Management and RCA communications with the team and Leadership.

- Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance

- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

- Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives
