Principal Accountabilities :

1. Oversee the end-to-end application delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

2. Manage a team responsible for application implementation, support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and enhance application delivery processes.

4. Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.

6. Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for application support and delivery.

7. Lead efforts to streamline and optimize application delivery workflows for increased efficiency.

8 Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance application delivery capabilities.

9. Provide strategic guidance for technology stack selection and application architecture.

10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.

11. Drive the adoption of automation and other technologies to improve the reliability and scalability of applications.

Experience with mentioned applications preferred:

- Oracle Fusion ERP, HRMS, Loan Against Securities, Treasury, AML etc

Qualifications:

Masters or bachelor's degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications or bachelor's in computer applications / master's in computer application/master's in business administration/Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration

Experience/Skills:

- Overall techno functional experience of 15+ years in Application Delivery/ Application Support / Digital lending / digital banking / Product management / web & mobile banking in a bank or NBFC.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills. In-depth understanding of digital banking products/processes/compliance requirements etc. is must.

- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing application delivery and support functions.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile methodologies. PMP certification preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of application architectures, cloud technologies, and security best practices.

- Experience with incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage projects within defined timelines.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
