Poly Medicure - Head - Medical Affairs

- Act as a Strategic leader for the Clinical organization

- Work in collaboration with BU Head on strategic initiatives

- KOL development and engagement

- Partnering with Hospital infection control teams of hospitals in conducting hospital audits

- Leading the team of Clinical Specialists

- Responsible for developing and implementing trainings for Health Care Professional

- Providing inputs for medical literature in collaboration with marketing team

- Working with product team for new product launches

- Collaborating with R& D Team for new product development

Desired Candidate profile :

- Candidates with good network in hospitals will be preferred

- Has relevant work experience in the field of medical affairs

- Ability to engage and collaborate with people of different cultural background

- Candidates with pharmaceutical / medical devices companies would be preferred

Qualification : MBBS and/or PG
