- Manage the overall P&L for Home Loans & LAP business

- Build leadership in Home Loans initiated through digital channels

- Grow the business 4X in the next 12 months

- Manage all key aspects of the business viz.

- Business Development and Relationships with Banks, HFCs, NBFCs

- Operations and Sales teams

- Digital Marketing budgets

- Oversee Product (Website, UX, UI) strategy

- Expense ratios, quality of business

- Customer experience, NPS

What you must have :

- Deep knowledge of Home Loans business

- Prior Sales exposure/Sales leadership role

- Strong consumer orientation; thinking from consumers perspective

- Strong data-driven analytical skills.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

Good to have :

- Start up experience

- Setting up and building business for a new market in your previous role
