Customer Communication and Campaign Management
JD :
To plan, execute and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer communication with a focus on developing customer engagement and value.
CRM Strategy and Planning :
- Planning to build CRM as an effective channel for customer engagement and business.
Campaign Management :
- Responsible for overall response and revenue generation from multi-channel outreach campaign (Email/SMS/Telecalling/Social/Customer Portal)
- Creation of touch point customer communication architecture
- Setting up the best practices by testing and optimization of communication (email/landing pages/social campaigns).
- Identification of newer segments and contact mediums to ensure maximum penetration.
Data Analytics :
- Comprehensive data analytics for more focused and personalized contact
- Understanding behavior through trend analysis to logical decision
- Creation of segments based on transaction history of the customer
Product Strategy :
- Governing the overall product selection and positioning for relevant customer contact.
- Responsible for overall marketing driven product penetration
Team and Vendor Management :
- Coordinating with vendors, designers, product and business team with a focus to achieve business targets.
- Creating learning curve for the team for better performance and growth path.
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Educated to a post-graduate degree level in either a marketing or business related qualification.
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel.
- Proven experience working within CRM/Email marketing and or campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Numerate and analytical
- Ability to manage project, organize and prioritize.
- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate, systematic and methodical.
- Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
- Interest in social media and the digital world.
- Self motivated, driven
- Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure
