Job Title - Business Development
Years of Experience - 1-4 years
Responsibilities:Insurer Management:- Monitoring business sourced across all Commercial Products,
- Monitoring Insurer-wise budgets and trends; observing anomalies & taking up traction issues,
- Maintaining supplier knowledge- who is doing best in which LOB,
- Establishing Escalation Matrix & SLAs.
Pre Sales Support: Regular check-in with Sales & Placement Teams to find out pain points and provide support wrt CJ's, POS Portal challenges & Underwriting
Servicing Support:- Work closely with different Servicing Teams (Quotes, Issuance, Endorsement, Claims) for Support, and feedback and maintain mutually agreed upon TAT for the processes,
- Engage with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements.
Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams:
- Understand what more product capabilities are required from insurers - API Kits, PoS, Raters,
- How to improve existing capabilities
Trainings: Ensuring training is scheduled around new product introductions, servicing capabilities, any other requests presented across functions,
Maintaining Cross Functional Synergies:
- Optics for Internal Stakeholders,
- Agreements with External Parties
Competition Analysis: Track Competitors - web, app, social media, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience,
- 1 - 5 years of experience,
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams,
- Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Expertise,
- Process and Planning orientation,
- Networking Capability,
- Eager to learn & grow in a Faced-pace set-up.
