Policybazaar - Program Manager - Renewals

Job brief:

- We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to head our renewals business. You will evaluate the existing business & processes and identify opportunities to delivery the topline & bottomline of the business line.

- The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing products & programs.

- The candidate will get a chance to be a mini-entrepreneur and solve complex business problems.

- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of but not limited to assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

- Market study & research, customer need & product analysis

- Formulate, organise & implement growth plans

- Define strategies and create a detailed implementation plan

- People Management & P&L ownership

- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver desired results

- Understand & evaluate the existing platform & product and identify areas of improvement/disruption

- Work closely with tech/product team to deliver customer centric solutions

- Assess program/project performance and develop re-iterative continuous improvement program

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Program/product/project Manager

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Graduate from a tier-1 college or university. MBA would be a plus.
