PolicyBazaar - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Analytics

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Driving ownership for key Business units at Policy bazaar.

- Business strategy and planning - creating long and short-term growth chart for all businesses for top and bottom line.

- Enabled partnerships with leading life, motor, health insurance partners to list their insurance offerings exclusively on Policy bazaar.

- Work with Senior Management of Insurance companies in India helping them scale their businesses through digital distribution.

- Work with cross-functional internal teams for ensuring timely execution

- Business problem solving in a structured manner

- Exhaustive data analysis skills with a hands on experience on Tableau, SQL etc. with a solid business acumen.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Master's degree in Management from a Top 10 ranked B-School

- Bachelor's degree from a Top Institute including IITs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephens etc.

- Exposure to Start-ups or High growth companies preferred

- Very strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups
