Policy Manager - Unsecured Loans - NBFC

Policy Manager - Unsecured Loans with one of leading NBFC

- Develop, review, update and implement #riskpolicies, risk procedures, and maintaining key risk indicators below the company annual plan or benchmarks for new and existing #unsecuredloans portfolio

- Develop, support and release amendments In #Policy.

- Analyze data to identify high risk segments to limit and decrease loss rates.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify interesting data trends/ insights.

- Perform deep dive analysis on data to identify cross-sell or product bundling opportunity

- Build statistical scoring models on PL portfolios that would aid in customer segmentation.

- Work with the tech team to design, test and implement for any changes in policies or regulatory.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job:

- 3-6 years of experience in unsecured lending, credit policy and fraud control.

- Strong analytical skills coupled with good understanding of Credit risk management, scorecards.

- Having Presentation skills with excel knowledge, SAS/ SQL mandatory
