Policy Head - Unsecured Loans - Digital Lending Firm - CA

We are hiring for a leading "Digital Lending" firm for a Policy Head for Unsecured Loans.

This firm is currently partnered with 40 regional and national e-commerce websites. This includes companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ShopClues, Snapdeal, Pine Labs, First Data, ITSL, OYO and Jabong. They provide loans and lines of credit to the sellers or vendors associated with these platforms.

We are looking for a CA graduate. In this role you will be reporting to the CRO and will be working cross-functionally to implement credit policies and manage risk across portfolios/products.

- Preparation and rolling out of Policies to relevant stakeholders

- Continuous monitoring of the portfolio to decide on the risk actionables

- Conducting training continuously to gauge policy understanding

- Analyzing various MIS, maintenance of data for analysis, and summarizing them in a structured way for meaningful interpretation.

- Regularly monitoring Risk Triggers set against each program for early warning signals

- Ensuring portfolio tracking metrics are built-in and taking corrective action via analysis

- Working continuously with the Data Science team to develop and maintain proper analytics infrastructure in place .
