- Professional experience in a high-performance culture environment, such as consulting, successful start-up company, or banking
- Strong project management capabilities - Problem-solving, research and analytical skills
- Proven experience in complex sales and negotiation of commercial business alliances.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Identify and manage industry organization and government agencies memberships and relationships, including sponsorships and speakerships.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities and objectively qualify them with a view to position TVSM Company's offerings, products, services and delivery.
- Define strategies for perusing the leads and opportunities and work closely with the sales teams in positioning TVSM responses effectively
- Understand the sales and business development objectives and broader region growth strategies and translate them into account plans and strategies.
- Build positive relationships with clients, identify upsell and cross sell opportunities, address customer issues and latent needs.
- Plan the business build-up with internal and external stakeholders, including personnel, marketing, IT and financial resources
- Build the new business line or enter the new market with full P & L responsibility and high autonomy
- Develop and implement processes and approaches to ensure long-term success
- Manage key relationships with other business units, external parties and government bodies.
