Polestar Solutions - Supply Chain Solution Architect - Kinaxis Rapid Response

Responsibilities :

1. Work with clients to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements.

2. Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments on Demand planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, etc across various business lines in Kinaxis.

3. Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and closely partnering with business stakeholders.

4. Create functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities.

5. Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.

6. Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response and customize solutions as per clients' requirements.

Key Skills :

1. Expertise and In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning in the areas of Sales & Operations Planning, Supply and Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Material requirements planning, Long term capacity planning, rough cut capacity planning, resource planning, capacity constraints, and scheduling

2. Experience in leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing

3. Should have hands-on Techno-functional Configurations skills in Kinaxis Rapid Response

4. Should have strong Configuration, Authoring of resources in Kinaxis Rapid Response for different modules.

5. Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, identify opportunities and develop insights. Perform fit-gap analysis.

6. Configuring solutions in Rapid Response and creating workbooks & reports.

7. Workbook development - Table based, composite, data modification, Alerts - Monitoring, Hierarchies and Filters, Scenario hierarchy setup to meet process needs, Perspective development for Scenarios, Control Table Configuration, Planning Engine Knowledge, Data Model modification including custom fields and custom tables.

8. Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations

9. Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems

10. Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

11. In dept understanding of ERP systems and their data landscape

12. Experience with additional SCM Planning tools a plus.

Key Experience & Qualifications :

1. Total 6 to 8 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response

2. Prior Solution developer experience of 4 to 6 projects on Kinaxis Rapid Response platform across industry verticals and additional architect level experience.

3. Experience In FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing Industry. Multinational Exposure Is Preferred

4. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)

5. Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management

6. Kinaxis certifications will be an added advantage.

7. Professional certifications such as APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications preferred.
