Role Title: HR COE Specialist

Profile Summary:
We are looking to hire a motivated professional who can help in designing and driving implementation of various HR COE activities pertaining to domains such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D, Leadership Development, Employer Branding, HR Policies and Processes, and other key activities which help in increasing organization's effectiveness and employee engagement.
This role will work directly under the supervision of the HR COE Lead of the organization and will have a key focus on implementation of HR initiatives along with a certain aspect of design and recommendation of initiatives and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement activities to improve the employee engagement levels of the organization. This includes conducting pulse surveys and tracking the employee mood to identify focus areas for work.
- Lead the implementation, and support the design, of the organization's L&D strategy and initiatives which includes identification and designing of courses pertaining to HR, and monitoring/tracking the progress of learning nominations and completions.
- Support the implementation of Performance Management Process of the organization to ensure effective completion and conduction of all the required activities on time.
- Work towards establishing and strengthening the Employer Brand of the organization by collaborating with the Marketing team and driving internal as well as external initiatives for the same.
- Work in collaboration with the other HR functions such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc. to ensure smooth and effective delivery of work.
- Support in design and implementation of HR policies and processes of the organization under the close supervision of the HR COE Lead
- Conduct regular feedback sessions/surveys for HR related initiatives and processes to identify and analyse the gaps, and work towards improving the efficacy and efficiency of the same.
- Drive the implementation of employee benefit schemes and policies of the organization.
- Respond to the employee grievances and concerns within the defined timelines.
- Work on any other activities or initiatives as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources from premier B School.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to work from the office.
