Lead - Campus Hiring & Engagement

Profile Summary :

- The Campus Hiring and Engagement Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a campus hiring and engagement strategy to attract top talent for the organization. This includes planning and executing campus recruitment events, building relationships with key stakeholders like TPOs, managing the campus recruitment budget, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

- Additionally, the Campus Hiring and Engagement Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing an engagement strategy for interns and recent hires to improve retention and increase employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a campus hiring and engagement strategy to attract top talent to the organization.

- Plan and execute campus events aimed at branding and recruitment, including Webinars, Pre-Placement Talks, Contests etc.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like TPOs, Student Placecom, vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and hiring managers, to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Manage the campus recruitment budget and track ROI for all campus recruitment events.

- Develop and implement an engagement strategy for interns and recent hires to improve retention and increase employee satisfaction.

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

- Analyze recruitment and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements :

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Is achievement-oriented and is looking to build a career in the HR Function.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
