- Pocket FM is looking for an agile and data-driven partnerships manager to help oversee and execute our content acquisition strategy and streamline operations.
- This individual will manage relationships with our existing and new external partners. Additionally, manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- In addition to a penchant and strong understanding of digital content, this individual should help analyse market trends, collaborate with licensing leads to align internal stakeholders and work with the partnerships team to streamline and scale operations to achieve business goals.
- The ideal candidate should be a critical thinker, meticulous and be able to juggle multiple opportunities. This person should be able to adapt to a face-paced work environment and be adept at taking informed decisions independently without handholding.
Key responsibilities :
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships with licensing, commissioning, legal and operations teams.
- Responsible for executing the acquisition strategy for licensing
- Manage supply chain tasks.
- Defining, optimizing SOPs and help scale processes for licensing.
- Drive innovation in licensing and operations capabilities by influencing and partnering with commissioning, marketing and analytics teams.
- Establish goals, plans, related metrics & SLAs, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve business objectives.
- Help create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, report and inform decision-making processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships, manage reporting and business reviews with key partners to foster collaboration on licensing plans and initiatives.
Key requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in any partnerships role.
- Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly with OTT experience will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Has the ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions.
- Agility and strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple internal teams.
- Knowledge of the digital audio and content landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals.
- Knows to prioritise and can work and communicate well across all levels in an organisation.
- Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel.
- A passion for digital media and content.
