Roles & Responsibilities:
- Campaign configuration, validation, and reporting in marketing automation tools. Formulating CLM strategy (content, frequency, touchpoints) for new and existing segments
- Optimization of targeting/communication/channels for existing/new campaigns
- Analyzing Campaign, Business, Source, Event, GA, and other relevant data to propose new customer segments for improving CLM performance
- Managing Adhoc CLM marketing campaigns on Push, Mail, WhatsApp, and SMS channels
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience in Retention Marketing, Retention strategies & content experimentation.
- Mandatory Knowledge of working on marketing automation tools like MoEngage/Gamooga/Clevertap
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis of campaign results.
- Analytical mindset and strong proficiency in using data analytics tools to interpret campaign metrics and identify insights.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
