Responsibilities :

- Prepare accounting memos for key accounting positions based on US GAAP/IGAAP.

- Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP for audit under US GAAP including notes to accounts and GAAP conversion

- Drive adherence to local gaap, policies and Global Financial Governance policies in order to maintain accurate financial reporting and effective financial accounting processes.

- Drive all financial reporting analysis, such as the monthly balance sheet review, quarterly corporate financial reviews and other analysis for presentation and review to the management.

- Ensure timely delivery of all reporting request including, but not limited to, monthly financial package/MIS

- Analyzes company's financial risks and potential exposure through rigorous review of the financials and address any potential impacts to the company's financial performance.

- Responsible for ensuring that new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by the various entities within the company.

- Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate period end financial close process (including provisions).

- Lead statutory audit and local statistics reporting to ensure full compliance with no delay.

- Liaise with both internal and external auditors to resolve issues related to financial reporting and controls

- Oversee and enhance accounting reconciliation and book closure process.

Qualification :

- US GAAP knowledge.

- Indian GAAP (Ind AS)knowledge.

- Multiple currency consolidation experience.

- Worked on Oracle in the past.

- Qualified CA with overall 6-7 years of experience.

- Proficient in MS office and G Sheets.
