Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Desk and Investor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our corporate desk operations and developing strong relationships with investors. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in handling initial public offerings (IPOs) or related transactions.


- This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop and refine corporate strategies that drive long-term growth and shareholder value.

- Support the development of strategic plans, business cases, and investment proposals for new initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate desk, including handling inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and increase shareholder value.

- Prepare and distribute investor communications, including presentations and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Assist in financial planning and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

- Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry benchmarks to assess performance, identify trends, and forecast future results.

- Collaborate with investment banks, legal counsel, and other advisors to facilitate the IPO process, including drafting offering documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating roadshows.
