Purpose of the Role: - Director/Associate Director will launch and drive strategic initiatives in partnership with different stakeholder teams (content, growth, product, finance) and drive towards achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage the Program Management Office to drive the success of various strategic initiatives - Identify new program requirements and collaborate with the respective team to enable the design and implementation - Optimize the existing processes and build in efficiencies in the system - Ensure timely completion of projects with the defined objectives by aligning various stakeholders - Direct and coach program managers in the team enabling them for their programs Skills and Competencies: - Strong in first principles problem solving and data analytics - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration - Strong experience in building and running program Management Office - Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V- Lookups and Pivot Tables. - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. - Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans - Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change Mandatory Experience: - 8+ years of Experience at Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney) and Startups (Both mandatory) - Strong pedigree - IIT + IIM (A/B/C/B)/ISB Location: Bangalore
