Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Senior Manager Business Finance to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, commercial negotiations, and strategic planning.

- They will play a crucial role in supporting our business's financial decisions and contributing to its overall growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.

- Commercial Negotiations : Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and agreements.

- Business Case Development : Create and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for investment decisions.

- Metrics Tracking : Monitor and track key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.

- Budgeting and Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- MIS Reporting : Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.

- Industry Specific Experience : If applicable, leverage experience in the audio or video streaming industry to bring industry-specific insights and strategies to the table.

Qualifications:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance (or both) from a reputable institution.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in the audio or video streaming industry is a plus
