Responsibilities:
- Own & optimize online and social media marketing across search, display, remarketing, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to maximize impact.
- Track, analyze, and refine campaigns using web/app analytics, consumer insights, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage deep expertise in Google Analytics and conversion metrics to enhance targeting and ROI.
- Apply advanced optimization techniques, event tracking, attribution models, and data funnel strategies to identify and engage high-value user cohorts.
- Drive data-backed marketing decisions through A/B testing, quantitative analysis, and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and tech teams to fuel growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in driving growth through digital acquisition channels.
- Deep understanding of the business, digital media, and tech startup ecosystem in India.
- Proven ability to define program requirements and leverage data & metrics to drive improvements.
