Position Overview:.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical HR Business Partner (Tech HRBP) to join our team.
- The Tech HRBP will work closely with the technology department to align HR strategies with business goals.
- This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR initiatives support the growth and development of our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in the technology department to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the technology team's growth and innovation.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Identify training and development needs within the technology team and facilitate programs to address skill gaps and career development.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve workplace satisfaction.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and comply with legal standards.
- Oversee HR systems and data integrity for the technology team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Qualifications:.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a business partner role.
- Experience in the technology or media industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
