-We are front-ending the category creation for the audio OTT landscape and building the largest repository of audio streaming content across formats like audio series, audiobooks and podcasts, through our unique story telling approach.

Expectations from the role:

- Understand the audio OTT market and needs of users deeply through qualitative/quantitative techniques.

- Define a compelling product vision and strategy for the charter, and influence other functional leaders/teams.

- Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved first and break them down to individual product bets/ objectives.

- Facilitate a process to come up with the best design & technology-led ideas to solve the prioritized customer / business problems.

- Experiment with multiple ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc.

- Define, measure & track metrics for the charter for continuous improvement.

- Lead, mentor and coach a team of PMs/SPMs.

Role requirements:.

- 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in B2C product successes.

- Bonus, if you have scaled products from 10 to 100.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills based on 'first principles' thinking.

- Build strong actionable product hypotheses backed by data and use data led insights for product decisions.

- High bias for action or high agency mindset to drive impact consistently.

- Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to ship products in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience of having managed a team of product managers & leading multiple product charters.

- Knowledge of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities that deliver the world-class user experience.
