About Role :

- The Content Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects related to content creation for Pocket Toon.

- This individual will manage a team of 50 artists, ensuring that the content creation process is smooth, efficient, and aligns with the platform's overall content strategy.

- The role demands strong analytical abilities, team leadership, and operational expertise to support and streamline content production, from creative direction to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50 artists, ensuring high productivity and quality content.

- Operations Management: Oversee content production workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality across Pocket Comics and other content types.

- Payroll & Budgeting: Handle payroll for the team, collaborate with finance to manage budgets, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

- Analytics: Use data to improve operational efficiency, track content performance, and recommend process improvements.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Requirements:.

- 3-5 years of experience in content operations or project management, preferably in digital media or entertainment.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Experience managing large teams, payroll systems, and budgets.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
