We are on the lookout for an ambitious digital marketing all-rounder to help build a new-age digital media startup that aims to transform the content being produced in India. As part of the core marketing team, you will be responsible for defining the voice of the brand, growing traffic to brand properties, and building a loyal audience for the brand. There will be a steep learning curve and you'll have a key role in big campaigns and initiatives right from the get-go. As a company, we like to work with people who are smarter than their years, fast learners, and quick thinkers. Responsibility-shirkers need not apply. Responsibilities:

- Managing social media properties and initiatives

- Analyzing and pursuing new social media opportunities

- Managing marketing & promotions of individual properties being created by the creative team

- Overseeing copy that will be used on social properties and in marketing efforts

- Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusting messaging and/or placements, as needed

- Building traffic for our digital properties and bringing in new audiences

- Supporting the rest of the team with other tasks and liaising with other verticals, as required

Job Requirements:

- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with impeccable grammatical chops

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Great research, conception and communications skills

- Deep online, digital and social media engagement

- Voracious appetite for news and popular culture

- Ability to work in teams within a highly creative and fast paced environment with tight deadlines

- Prior internships with online publishers strongly preferred

With the success of channels like TVF and AIB on YouTube, Indian audiences have also shown great acceptance for this medium. Pocket Aces wants to leverage YouTube as a distribution platform, in order to create a digital studio specifically focused on creating premium, scripted, digital series.
