PNut - Co-Founder/CTO

PNUT is a fitness start-up providing healthy lifestyle through precise and premium nutrition (calculated meal plans). It helps its clients to achieve their fitness goals through calculating, preparing and delivering customized diets at their doorsteps. Currently we have strong operations team with experienced certified dietitians, star chef consultants who helped set up start-ups like salad days, yum box to name a few.

PNUT is 3 months old and has been seeing good traction from corporate as well as regular consumers.

We are looking for a tech co-founder / CTO who can build innovative technology solutions that can be used to further enhance our services.

We require a CTO with the following skills / qualifications:

- End to end IT systems ownership - developing, enhancing, and deploying company's app and website

- Implement technical requirements for Internet marketing and search engine optimization.

- Integrate customer service and support with the software engineering process to support resolution of customer issues and improve application usability

- Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application

- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

- Building reusable code and libraries for future use

- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

- Implementation of security and data protection

- Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements

- Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.

- Having entrepreneurial experience with an eCommerce start-up venture will be a plus

- Should demonstrates ability to think outside the box

- MBA from a premier institute is a plus

- Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win

- Should have strong communication skills

Compensation: Equity based position
