The role holder will be responsible for executing the - Zonal- Sales plan through the bank branches in South & East. He/ She will drive the distribution network comprising of banks, through regional operating centers, Company's own branches and branches of the strategic partners in all the major metros, urban, semi-urban centers of the zone. He/ She will build and lead the Sales team in the zone in order to achieve the above objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role holder will be in charge of the sales through PNB branches within the specified geographical area in India. Will be responsible for managing product portfolio and other lead management activities. The role holder will help identify, work with and maintain strategic relationships with the PNB Bank Partner and distributors at the Zonal level.
- Focus on building a profitable & compliant business through constant monitoring of early claims, surrenders, complaints & RAG ratings.
- Key focus to have SP in each branch & work towards improving their activities & productivity.
- Ensure high level of Branch Activation and Persistency
- To ensure high levels of retention, productivity and persistency
- Build the team through appropriate hiring and team development initiatives and will be responsible for Attrition Management by actively participate in creating a challenging, empowered and supportive environment for one's team
- Propose the strategic Bancassurance sales plan with respect to the assigned regions, discuss necessary approvals and execute the agreed plan. Will formulate strategy in the areas of customer targeting, product proposition, sales structures, marketing and branding
- Monitor execution of project plans of the assigned bank partners, developing a strong and robust MIS for the successful management of the Bancassurance strategy and operational budgets
