- Dissemination and communication of regulatory requirements to stakeholders

- Advisory to staekholders on interpretation of privacy guidleines, SEBI requirements, IRDAI regulations, circulars etc.

- Monitoring of implementation of regulatory guidelines

- Review of effectiveness of controls established for implemention of regulatory guideline

- Tracking of regulatory submissions adhoc and regular within defined TAT

- Ensure compliance with Advertisement guidelines

- Interface and connect with Regulator and Industry

- Reporting of various compliances as per Compliance Plan on periodic basis to Management, Audit Committee and to the Board

- Handling regulatory notices and adhoc requests in a proactive manner Measures of Performance:

- Ensuring timely implementation of regulatory guidelines, filing of returns and avertisements

- Timely advisory to the business

- Quality review of advertisments

- Timely and quality review of internal controls

- Closure of action plans with the target date

Context & Role:

The incumbent will lead efforts in ensuring Compliance with various IRDA and other Regulations which may be applicable to the Company. The work will involve monitoring of compliance on a regular basis, communicating the various requirements of compliances by working closely with various stakeholders and ensuring implementation of the same. It also involves carrying out dipstick surveys on the periodic basis on critical areas depending upon need. The reporting requirements will involve preparation of various monthly and quarterly reports to be presented to Management and to Shareholders on the progress of compliances, reporting of any deviation and corrective actions being planned. The position will also require periodic interaction with Regulators office.
