The jobholder will have the responsibility of providing support in HR activities related to Recruitment, HR operations, Grievance Management and Employee Engagement and other miscellaneous activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes, adhering to defined guidelines and meeting various statutory and internal deadlines. Communicate and implement HR policies and program in the LOB.

- Maintains organization staffing requirements -Responsible for entire employee life cycle.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates

- Ensuring a control check on the recruitment cost.

- Maintains/ Update job requirements and job descriptions for all specified positions

- Track data and provide analysis of various recruitment measurements, such as employee retention rates, employee turnover, and open position aging reports

- Vendor Management - Manage relationships with Recruitment Consultants and partner with them on specific search assignments

- Establishing and conducting orientation programs for all new hires. Assist in developing, implementing and conducting employee engagement.

- Ensure that appropriate KPIs and management information are in place to drive continuous improvement and enable measurement of progress against targets.

- Drive commitment to effectively develop and utilize appropriate capability, Coach and support line managers and support employee grievance handling

- Take overall responsibility for the HR service to the Business. As well as delivering the people agenda within the business, will also work alongside other senior HR colleagues to develop and deliver people strategy.

- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.

- Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc. Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling. Assisting with detailed investigations, as required

- Ensure Adherence to HR Operations Process; Maintain Data Quality on HRIS.

- Employee Query Redress - SPOC for addressing queries on of designate employees on HR Practices/ Policies/ Processes

- Ensure implementation of organization development and talent management initiatives

- Track trends in employee concerns / behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback through various forums to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.
