- The role holder will be responsible for executing the regional Sales plan through the PNB bank branches in South.
- He/ she will operate and drive the distribution network comprising of banks/partners, through regional operating centers, Company's own branches and branches of the strategic partners in all the major metros, urban, semi-urban and Rural centers of the designate region.
- He/ She will build and lead the core Bancassurance management team for the allocated region in order to achieve the above objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- He / She will propose the strategic Bancassurance sales plan with respect to the assigned regions, discuss necessary approvals and execute the agreed plan.
- Focus on building a profitable & compliant business through constant monitoring of early claims, surrenders, complaints & RAG ratings.
- Key focus to have SP in each branch & work towards improving their activities & productivity.
- Direct the strategy for establishing profitable and productive relationships with the PNB bank partner.
- Plan and implement appropriate models and strategies with respect to the bank partners with the aim of adding distribution power to the existing business
- Provide necessary inputs into the initial and ongoing product development plans in order to achieve and maintain sustained competitive advantage in the Indian market
- Monitor execution of project plans of the assigned bank partners, developing a strong and robust MIS for the successful management of the Bancassurance strategy and operational budgets
- Build appropriate pre and post sales processes and evaluate them constantly to reduce the TATs systems. Establish processes that facilitate enhanced sales effectiveness, ongoing positive contribution and smooth relationship management between the partners and PNB MetLife
- Build the team through appropriate hiring and team development initiatives. Provide strategic inputs to plan and operate cost effective yet motivating reward and remuneration structures to motivate sales staff of the banking partners towards the achievement of required sales objectives.
- Direct an effective, motivated and business results focused team to achieve pre-defined targets vis-- -vis cost, quality and turn round time parameters. Further create a challenging, empowered and supportive environment for one's team providing adequate growth and development opportunities both professionally and personally.
