Context & Role:
This position will be responsible for implementation of AML Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy, Employees- code of conduct, Outsourcing Policy and monitoring of Operations risk
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and implementation of AML policy including high risk transactions
- Timely filing of STR and CTR
- Implementation of Anti-Corruption policy (Review of Gift and Entertainment transactions, vendor agreements, high risk hiring etc.)
- Monitoring of outsourcing policy
- Monitoring of operations risk
- Ensuring compliance with employees- code of conduct
Measures of Performance:
- Plan vs. Actual Performance
- Timely filing of STR and CTR
- No key exceptions in areas being managed by him/her
- Effective independent discussion with management
- Quality review of SOP/processes
Desired qualifications and experience :
- Professional qualification (CA/CS/LLB) having AML and Insurance domain work experience of 3 -4 years
- Person should have team handling experience of 2-3 years
- Experience in internal audit will have added advantage
