Manager - Human Resources (Strategy & Capability Development)
- Designing, Monitoring & Execution of Performance management processes & policies including goal sheets, career progressions/ promotions for sales functions
- Responsible for designing & executing performance improvement process (PIP) for Frontline Sales & Sales Supervisors
- Support in launching new channels, creation of SOPs
- Periodic Attrition analytics & dashboards to help business take corrective action
- Provide support to HRBP - Sales team for any central co-ordination with COEs
- Coordination with Business and strategy Heads of different channels to deploy HR strategic interventions
