PNB Metlife - Chief Manager - Bancassurance Support - Credit Life Channel

The jobholder will be responsible to provide support to Credit Life channel of PNB Metlife

- To provide Intelligence input on Sales Metrics through analytics

- Enabler inputs for Bank and PMLI Sales Team

- Enabler execution as well as Fulfillment.

- Compliance approval for All Bank enabler

- RCU/CMT and Compliance actionable mail on Front Line Sales to be reverted within TAT

- All Compliance training monitoring

- Hiring Inputs and attrition planning

- Giving Corrective action on chronic Circles and travel to such terrains
