Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate, execute, and optimize global cost allocation - Lead the end-to-end budgeting process, encompassing preparation, consolidation, analysis, and presentation of budgets across diverse business units and global regions. - Monitor financial performance against budget targets, identifying pertinent trends and providing proactive recommendations for corrective actions when required. - Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO), including project tracking, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. - Champion process enhancements and operational efficiencies within cost analysis, budgeting, and PMO functions. - Generate timely and insightful financial reports and analysis for senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and promoting financial accountability. Qualifications: - Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ICWA) is advantageous. - Proven track record of 3- 5 years in corporate finance, encompassing cost management, budgeting, and PMO responsibilities. - Exceptional analytical aptitude, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders and teams. - Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities to contribute to organizational growth and operational enhancements. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks.
