- We are in search of a proficient Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team within the telecom/datacentre sector.

- The ideal candidate should possess a robust project management background, particularly in telecom or datacentre operations, demonstrating expertise in overseeing projects through all phases, from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Offer comprehensive project management assistance to ensure the effective execution of telecom/datacentre projects.

- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to craft project plans, timelines, and financial allocations.

- Maintain thorough project documentation, including charters, schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.

- Employ Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor project advancement, analyze data, and produce reports for stakeholders.

- Manage project communication channels and facilitate regular status meetings to keep stakeholders abreast of progress.

- Administer project management tools like Sharepoint to streamline document handling and foster collaboration among project teams.

- Assist in project budgeting activities, encompassing estimation, tracking, and variance analysis.

- Coordinate project scheduling activities, ensuring the timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

- Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

- Contribute to PMO process enhancement initiatives to refine project management practices and boost efficiency.

Requirements:

- Possession of a Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).

- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Management Officer or in a comparable project management capacity within the telecom/datacentre domain.

- Thorough comprehension of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in MIS tools for project monitoring and reporting purposes.

- Experience with document management systems like Sharepoint or similar platforms.

- Sound grasp of project budgeting principles and methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

- Capability to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple projects concurrently.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
