Qualification : B.Tech + MBA

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job):

1. New Capability:

- Plan, Design, implement, monitor capability for the overall business strategies and understanding stated and unstated needs and key initiatives to achieve optimal performance of the LSF business.

2. Regular engagement with the stakeholders:

- Meeting with our internal stakeholders to understand their key pain areas with respect to technology and addressing them with new enhancements and projects

- Solving partners tech team queries about API integration and helping them throughout the project

3. Monitoring and supporting the launched projects

- Liaising with BFL business team and partner for effective use of the capabilities through various tech ops KPIs and process KPIs

4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job):

- Working with IT - alignment with the objective and timeline of the project to deliver it on time

- Stakeholder Management

- Dealing with multiple projects and multiple stakeholders at the same time
