PMO Role - Project Management

One of the Top consulting firms is hiring for #PMO (Project management) positions.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.

Location: Gurgaon

Must have: PMO, Project management, Executive dashboards, Program management, Portfolio management, PMP, Prince 2, CSM.

JD: -

- Support the entire project team with various tasks to ensure project execution which will include being accountable in the execution/management of project subtasks

- Assist the PM in tracking, monitoring and following up on appropriate risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle

- Assist the Project Manager & Program Manager to ensure that change, acceptance and approval management is proactive and effective on all projects.

- Ensure that appropriate processes, tools and techniques are used by the project teams.

- Apply and communicate processes and project management methodology and templates, contributing to continuous process improvements

- Support the program/project manager in the development of Strategic project plans, OKRs and project-related artifacts

- Support in preparation of Executive dashboards and reports

- Manage all activities related to tracking of goals and OKRs for different functions

- Assist PM in preparing cost/benefit analyses, cost optimization opportunities and business case diligence etc.
