PMO Role - PMP Certified

- To establish and manage project management office (PMO) for MIL MD office

- Mangal Industries Limited is part of 1.35 Billion USD Amararaja Group, specifically focusing on Engineering SBU's with an aim of becoming design lead manufacturing company.

- PMO is envisioned to bring excellence into project management practices across all Mangal Industries Limited SBU's.

- PMO should strike a good balance in focus towards strategic programs identified by all SBU's and Operational excellence initiatives, driving growth and profitability.

- He/She should also define project metrics and take the ownership together with MIL leadership team to review and drive projects with data driven approach.

- As and when required, PMO should interface with Group Strategy office for driving group approach based initiatives.

- PMO should provide relevant inputs to drive strategic decisions related to business units.

Responsibilities:

- Data collection, analysis and reporting for delivering activities happening across all Mil SBU- s

- Prepare periodical reports

- Provide data analysis and data visualisation support to the projects team (metrics, dashboard)

- Ongoing collaboration with in internal and external stakeholders ( Apex committee members of all SBU's and external agencies as needed)

- Develop dynamic dashboards using MS Excel / other analytical tools

- Analyze data and do quality check before reporting of the data.

- Consolidating budget and forecast.

Experience and Expertise:

- B. Tech, MBA/PGDM from premium institutes & PMI ( Certified ) PMP

- 8- 12 Years- Experience in working in PMO office for large business conglomerate

- Should have knowledge on project delivery life cycle and other PMO areas.

- Should have experience of working with Excel, Power point, Project Management Tools.

- Collaborate with all SBU's and support functions to collate and consolidate data on projects.

- Stakeholder management with global mindset

- Proactive approach in identifying and solving problems

- Strong communicator - Verbal, Written and presentation to the business as well as to the technical team.
