PMO Professional - CoE

A CoE (Security & Risk) function for one of the biggest conglomerates in India is looking for an able PMO:

- Responsible for planning, implementation, tracking and closure of various projects requiring interfacing with various cross functional teams

- Evaluate and facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements

- Develop methods to monitor project or area progress

- Manage project budget and resource allocation

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Establish connections with internal and external touch-points / tap knowledge sources to stay abreast of modern developments in relevant areas of professional interest

- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

- Provide expertise and consulting to other team members within the wider enterprise as required

- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and tools for various phases involving initiation, preparation, execution & control, and closure

- Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.

- Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices

- Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; produces clear status reports; communicates tactfully and candidly

- Analyzes risks and future impact of decisions

- 03 years of Total Work Experience.

- 02 Yrs Project Management Experience in Strategy / Consulting / Transformation.

- Demonstrated aptitude for strategic planning.

- Demonstrated capability in working with cross-functional teams

- Branding / Advertising / Marketing Analysis

- Research and Analysis into emerging business trends, technologies

- Minimum MBA from Tier I / II

- Project Management certification
