KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role requires a highly effective team player and provides experience working on diverse projects across multiple financial processes and systems.
You will work closely with various teams, like Clients/ business groups, Information Technology, Administration and others, to transition processes and systems , and ensure an efficient, scalable and sustainable business.
JOb SPECIFICATION

The key responsibilities are:
- Successful delivery of complex, multi-site, medium to large transition projects
- Quickly understand the complex processes and create process maps
- Detect and highlight any control gaps in the process.
- Preparing the business case and agreeing the same with the stakeholders
- Creating and owning the transition plans that will enable bank clients to migrate processes seamlessly.
- Be accountable for the site readiness including the technology (IT) and telecommunication.
- Support Identification and finalization of Scope of work to be migrated and provide win-win solutions to the client
- Tracking projects and providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Support process stabilization till Formal Go-Live
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Providing viable solutions to the clients with options after understanding the requirements
- Manage team of executives as required
- Deliver high quality output within committed timelines by effectively working with various teams like Global PMO, Business, IT, Operations, HR, Risk etc. across geographies.
- Manage process improvements / quality projects
- Being Quality certified, coach, guide staff on quality concepts and
- Driving the quality projects, process improvements, innovations, continuous improvements.
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in financial services / investment banking, with previous exposure to Regulatory Reporting being advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Accounting systems, Reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player.
Quality Focus/Attention to detail - Implements quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of team output.

- Defines clear success criteria and goals for self and team and monitors & measures performance against these
QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND/work experience
- Experience of 5 to 9 years with CA / CPA / ICWA / any professional qualification.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of Quality Concepts – preferably six sigma certified
- Experience in the following areas:
- Project and process management experience in a centralised environment.
- Relationship management / customer interaction at all levels.
- Willingness for overseas travelling
- Willingness to work in different time zones to support clients
