BNC is hiring for Big4 for PMO Analyst role on C2H basis
1. Support the planning process for programs and projects, manages project deliverables and ensures accurate and timely reporting on status to Program PMO and global portfolio office.
2. Works together with the Project Delivery Manager on a portfolio of projects and leads administrative tasks such as reporting, process capturing, preparing for FTE onboarding and monitoring the knowledge transfer.
3. Supports project Change Request progress monitoring, coordinating delivery dates, and key project information, Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data collection and reporting.
4. Track progress of all transition deliverables and co-ordinate delivery dates.
5. Administer project-related reporting platforms, manage user access and 1st level support for issues as they arise
6. Application of tools & processes - Comply with the GBS project standards in methodology and toolkit; promote within the team the appropriate tools and processes for planning, risk management and scheduling.
7. Maintain a structured process to enable the Project Delivery Managers to report and coordinate their progress on Program/project implementation to all stakeholders.
8. Support transition related travel administration tasks and arrangements
9. Review, collate, maintain and publish changes to project plans
10. Track progress of transition deliverables
11. Leads due diligence and process discovery activities and deliverables for transition projects
Desired Candidate Profile
1. MBA / B.Tech with 6 plus years of relevant experience
2. Project and program management support experience
3. Proven analytical and numerical skills, and experience of complex data handling and visualization techniques
4. Advanced knowledge of MS products including O365 based Project Online, Sharepoint, PowerBI or other analytics tools
5. Experience in process workflow design and architecture and relevant tools
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
7. Self-starter and ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
8. Flexibility to assist multiple teams and managing dynamic workload
9. Ability to work independently and self-direct workload
10. Capable of handling confidential matters
11. Proven multi-tasking ability and prioritization skills
12. Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Experience with working in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment, ideally in Procurement, Finance, Customer Services or HR services
15. SharePoint Administration experience (i.e., creating new document libraries and assigning user access)
16. Prior experience providing status updates to different levels of governance
17. Familiarity with Project Management methodology and best practices
