About our Client - Our client is a leading global investment bank. It is expanding its operations in India with the base of a strong technology team. The client is looking for talented and experienced Infrastructure Project managers who can fulfill the infrastructure needs resulting out of this expansion.

Job Description - As technical project manager, you will be analyzing and assessing the infrastructure and service delivery needs of the infrastructure team. You will be required to understand the specific scope of each project and ensure that the appropriate team and structure is in place, and hence ensure timely and successful delivery. You would make sure that the project life cycle is followed and all governance requirements are adhered to. The job would involve developing detailed plans and adopting appropriate management processes to track project progress and for the early identification of issues and any necessary counter measures. Lastly, you would be building strong relationships with the project sponsor and all other key stakeholders and ensuring timely communication throughout the project.

The Successful Candidate - This is clearly a technical Project Manager role where the candidate would have previously managed the delivery of a multi threaded, infrastructure refresh and desktop environment upgrade program. The candidate should have proven experience of delivering projects in a Financial Services environment and serving multiple business user groups. Experience of direct responsibility for projects with individual budgets ranging from $2 Million to $5 Million would be compulsory. The candidate should also be able to manage one or more projects concurrently, successfully managing different priorities.
